AMAZING!

Easily one of the most amazing and dynamic animations I've ever seen!  I love the transformations and composition that are used in this video, just mind blowing.

I also feel that that video is not complete without this one also. A hilarious short animation on... animation?

Video Tutorials - Concept

I've linked a few more concept art videos bellow. I really like these examples as there treated more as tutorials where the artist describes why and what they're doing.

Animation Mentor

A webinar with two pixar animators, Victor Navone, and Aaron Hartline, where they cover Timing and Spacing, with plenty of insider tips from the two talented animators.  The video is recorded in a way to teach you from the ground up, starting with the very basics.

Love this video, very creative and incredibly well done.

VFS Demo Reel

Mind blowing Modeling/texturing demo reel for VFS.  Incredibly detailed environment model by Klaus Skovbo, something Id like to stress about this demo reel is that fact that as amazing and finished as this looks, he still has his own revisions to do.  Always revise and improve!

Speedy Concept

Watch, Learn, Enjoy.  I always find it great to watch how others work out there concept, this is one of my favorites so far, I've noticed a lot of the professional concept guys who use photoshop always work out there concepts in greyscale then paint over with color overlays.

Here is Jason Chan one of my favourite concept artists.  His designs and streamline work flow are amazing, I love his work and there's so much you can learn by just watching him draw and listening to his lessons.
